A. Yes few of the images shown in the website are not work of our’s.They are taken from many sources available but mostly The Pics are shared as an idea of Decoration from clients and different sites.

Q.Why Other’s Pics?

A. As these concepts are new which we have shown,these are  for references only to give our client a clear picture how the decoration will look like and we at Birthdaywala.in try to give our clients what is in trend.

Q. What type of events do you service?

A.Wedding Ceremonies, Anniversaries, Birthdays, Get together,Cocktail parties, corporate events, social events, naming ceremonies, house warming ceremonies, corporate events, showroom inaugurations

Q. What type of venues do you work with?

A.We cover all possible types of venues including Premium Hotels, Banquet Halls, Resorts, Clubs, Homes, etc

Q. Do you provide services outside Bhopal? If Yes, Specify

A.Our services are available across Madhya Pradesh; in addition, we are open to travelling nationally  for our clients’ requirements.

Q. What is the booking process?

A.Before Booking of any Package Contact Birthdaywala.in on 9300630636  directly. We would get in touch with you and then send you the details along with samples of our work.

Q. What is the cancellation policy?

A.In case of an amendment, before the event date, the same service can be availed anytime within 6 months at no re-scheduling charges.

Q. Do you provide full service decor setup and tear down?

A.Yes, we provide full service logistics. Our team will deliver, set up, tear down and pick up the décor.

Q. Can You Send Entertainers To My Chosen Venue?

Absolutely! Almost all our kids entertainment options are completely mobile, so we can definitely come to you!

Q. Can You Host The Party In A Park?

Yes! Many of our packs can be hosted outdoors including in parks.

Q. How Much Space Do You Need?

This depends on the type of package you are looking to do. Some of our options require a bit more space than others, so it’s always best to Contact Our Team to check if the space you have in mind will work with Particular Theme or Not.

Q. Do Your Entertainers and office Staff Have Police Checks?

Yes they all are reliable.

Q. Do You Provide Invitations?Is there Any Guest Calling Service available?

Definitely! When you book with us you get access to our free Designer area,  you can invite and manage your guests. Our digital invitations can be sent out through both email and Whats app For those who prefer, we can also provide a PDF invitation which can be printed. We do not mail out hard copy invitations.as well if you provide us the List of Guests we can Invite them on your behalf(Charges Extra).

Q. Can I Meet The Entertainer or Anchor Before The Party?

You’ll definitely get to speak with your entertainer before the party!

They’ll give you a call  before your party to introduce themselves, and to answer any last minute questions you may have about how the day will run.

Additionally, your entertainer will arrive between 10 and 20 minutes ahead of the scheduled time to meet and greet and get set up.

Q. Do You Provide Party Bags?

Yes we do! Let our team know you’re interested in adding party bags, and we’ll let you know the options available!

Q. Do You Provide Costumes For The Kids?

Sometimes! With some party packs  With other packs this is not included.If you want a party where costumes are included, have a chat with our team about the options we have.

Q. What Do You Use As Prizes For The Games?

Q. What Time Will My Entertainer Arrive?

10 – 20 minutes ahead of the start time to introduce themselves and set up.

Q. What Is The Wet Weather Policy For Outdoor Parties?

Extreme wet and hot weather is an inconvenience to any party!

We know how frustrating it can be to plan every detail of your party only to experience an extreme weather condition. Please consider shelter and shade for the entertainer or have an alternative venue option prior to your day.

Should you wish to postpone or cancel your party date for any reason, we do require 7 days notice ahead of the day, to avoid charges.

Q. Do You Provide Catering And Tent Material?

Fortunately, Answer is yes we Do catering minimum Number is 50 Pax.
